Antonio Smith Suspended For Week 1

Antonio Smith has been suspended for one regular season game and the two remaining preseason games.

Smith forcibly removed the helmet of Richie Incognito and then swung it at his face.

Smith will appeal the suspension.

I have a hard time believing ripping a helmet from someones head then swinging the helmet at the player gets you only one game. Or is the NFL really trying to pull this off as a 3 game suspension?
