Anthony Davis Out 4-6 Weeks

The New Orleans Pelicans announced today that Anthony Davis has been diagnosed with a non-displaced fracture of the fifth metacarpal of his left hand. The injury occurred during the first quarter of the December 1 game against the New York Knicks. Davis underwent further evaluations by team doctors this morning in New Orleans and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks.

Anthony Davis got injured in the first quarter because the Knicks somehow find a way to destroy everything and anything beautiful. Even if it doesn’t belong to them.

I think it has a lot to do with everyone is playing well. Jrue has really come on and playing great, Tyreke is a really good sixth man off the bench, Anderson is an amazing offensive player, Gordon is having a good season. This team lacks a real center though.

There's a chance that Davis will return from his injury early next week.
