Another Freaken Problem

this is starting to annoy me...

Guy is putting on forum markers...

He's got the images, and has the spot where he replaces the old images...

Some reason, it doesn't work.

For instance, on one of the forums, it says <{C_ON_CAT}> instead of showing the forum marker...

Im getting ticked off, anyone know what he did wrong.

I have a forum like this. Sports, etc.

And I tried to get some1 else to do the images, guy charged me 20 bux.

Im freaken broke.

Anyhow I'm on IPB forums they'll help me out.
Other guy who charged me said Ihave to manually upload them... I aint got time, will be away all weekend.
