Amare To Rest Instead Of Training With Hakeem

Amar'e Stoudemire has canceled a scheduled week of workouts with Hakeem Olajuwon in Houston.

The New York Knicks and Stoudemire decided that rest would be more important than refining his post moves with Olajuwon.

Olajuwon has accepted a position with the Houston Rockets, meaning this would be his final summer tutoring players on an ad hoc basis.

Carmelo Anthony may move forward with working with Olajuwon.

well he always needed post move improvement, but I don't disagree with you on the health part. I can still see him having a full healthy season, just as long as they limit his minutes.
