I see thin line of white BG on the blue... try using magic wand to select BG, then inverse. then clone the edges

Try to defringe and just see what it looks like? Otherwise there is small pieces of background by his waist, in between his legs, and on his side.

For the background problem, do a Solid colour> Black, then a Solid Colour> White to check for any background.
