Alright, I've been hearing some people that want photoshop and stuff so I uploaded what I have. It's technically a portable of it, but it has all the tools of photoshop just designed to take up less space on your computer. There's also no installation needed (it only takes up about 220 MB)

you just unrar it and open it...it should work fine.

Open what, though? I'm not following you. When I open up the folder or whatever, I go to the application. Click on that. A screen pops up that look like it's gonna load CS3, but it goes away. Don't know why.

after you extract it..

open the folder and make a shortcut to your desktop then it should work.
