Its tough but I'll go David Price. 5-time All Star, Cy Young winner; actually finished top 3 in Cy Young voting a few times in his career. Its hard to hold "no rings" against him after all those years with the Rays.

This was my second choice. I just think Sale is a little better. Maybe a little bias because I've seen Sale pitch in person.
