Wasn't sure where to post this.  Hopefully the NFL main is appropriate.

What if Tim Tebow is a puppet master and he put all those former Gators up to their crimes, and convinced Hernandez to commit this murder?

It's hard to know what to think about this verdict. Honestly, I think the only reason he was convicted is that he didn't need to have pulled the trigger to be found guilty. He was there. That decided it. His attorneys put forth a great fight with some fairly reasonable points, but he got caught up in something awful and it bit him in the ass. Just goes to show that you don't get involved with the wrong people, or stay involved with those people once you become a public figure.

I don't know if he pulled the trigger, and I don't know if I think he deserves life with no parole, but we could all see this coming from a mile away.

Prove he actually shot Odin Lloyd and I'll agree with you. Simply being there when it happened isn't enough, imo.

Yea, when you tell your gf right after meeting up with Lloyd to throw out a box and not open it, thats a bit peculiar.

They never found that box....

He doesn't need to. He told Kraft that he wasn't there at all, and then later in the trial admits he was there, but didn't Fire the trigger. The inconsistency already makes him an accomplice of the murder. If he was in the car when the murder occurred, and did nothing to tell police officials of such event, he is considered by law to be just as involved in the murder as the gunman.

Hes clearly guilty, almost anyone can tell you that. Just because there is no technical evidence showing he killed Lloyd, it's extremely obvious he did. He tried to cover up his tracks by telling Kraft he wasn't there, and had his girlfriend dispose of a box "without opening it". He's super guilty

Not disputing his guilt but using his initital story to Kraft as the reason doesn't prove anything

There seemed to be some reasonable doubt if he was actually the trigger man.

According to the jury it was significant evidence used in their deliberation

He insisted to Kraft that he was at a nightclub when the shooting happened...despite there being no record at all of when the shooting occurred. The only ones who know when it happened, were those involved in the shooting

That story puts him at the scene, but there isn't enough hard evidence in my view to for sure say he was the trigger man, so as far as first degree murder goes, I disagree with that conviction. There isn't much question he was involved somehow though.

I vehemently disagree with life in prison with no chance of parole as a prison sentence as well, but that's a different animal, doesn't have anything to do with his guilt or innocence.

And to think, Darren Sharper won't even spend 10 years in prison...
