The Hornets have already hinted at upgrading their roster this offseason, and making massive changes again. I know I'm the only Hornets fan on this site, but I thought it'd be interesting to look at our current roster. Who's under contract, who isnt, etc.

Under contract:
Chris Paul - $16,359,805
Emeka Okafor - $12,492,500
Trevor Ariza - $6,790,640
Jarrett Jack - $5,000,000
Quincy Pondexter - $1,153,800

Player option:
David West - $7,525,000
Aaron Gray - $1,091,627

Team option:
David Andersen - $2,685,185

Qualifying offer:
Marco Belinelli - $3,377,604
Jason Smith - $3,135,279

If no options are picked up, the Hornets would be at $41,796,745. That would be 17M under the current cap. That excites me. I expect when it's all said and done, to have about 10M to play with in FA, and that isn't including the salary we will cut through trades (Mek).

I think it all depends on how you spend it, 10M could be a good bit if you spend it right.
