Basically the same thing we did in the NFL thread. What rules would you eradicate or change?

1. Offensive Basket Interference would no longer exist. It's too hard to apply.

2. Picks that result in a defensive player running into and or tripping over the offensive picker's knee would be automatic offensive fouls. I don't know why knees get to set picks so often in the NBA. That's an automatic foul at any other level.

3. Charges would be minimized to clearly set defensive players and/or offensive players who are attempting to bulldoze through people with their shoulders. Any attempt by a defensive player to slide underneath an offensive player that could result in an unnecessary collision would be a two free throw foul followed by the offensive team retaining possession of the ball (reviewable in the last 5 minutes of each half).

Continuation only occurs if they are literally in the motion of shooting, not if they are driving

The amount of times I've seen James Harden drive to the hoop, basically throw his body out towards a player to get contact, get the whistle, and THEN release the ball, is way too high.

Those are some really shitty rule change ideas.

Do you really think knees should be allowed to set picks? Come on.

I would get rid of the kickball if it is clearly unintentional.
