Rose is definitely a point guard in my eyes. As long as you're making your team mates better, you're playing the role of a point guard and that's what Rose does in my eyes.

Chicago would not be near a first place team without Rose, therefore he should be the MVP; he helps make his teammates better and he shows up in the clutch from what I've watched. Try putting CP3 or Deron in Rose's shoes though. Rose is forced to score more and make his own shots in Chicago.
