Like if you're going to make the game count, let the manager decide who the line up is or have the players vote. They have a stake in the game if they are on competitive teams. 

If the MLB all star game is going to count for something, fans shouldn't be able to vote. It's annoying to see Royals fans stuff the ballots again.

Voters always love changing it up. That's why Trout has one MVP in 4 years (I think the only one where he was actually second was last year to Donaldson).   I don't think he'll lose Arrieta again.
