The only snag I can see is I'm over cap so I think I'd need to match his salary to take him which obv doesn't accomplish anything for our trades purposes
can I toss you like 2-3M to take mike phillips in a trade beforehand, he's on a minimum deal for 2 years but i'll need his roster spot to sign a 3rd guy to a vet minimum in order to potentially get this to work and don't wanna cut his salary if possible cuz i'm already pretty close to HC. We'd make it like a 2 part deal, that would be trade 1 and then the 3 vet mins and the pick for honor would be part 2. I understand if not
