The NBA schedule makers really blew it by not having Durant's return to OKC by now. Especially given that we have two matchups in Golden State before. It should've either been on Opening night or the Christmas game.

One thing i notice
When russ passes, guys shoot immediately
Like its a point of emphasis
And obviously rebounds are easy to get when they get out of the way. Sabonis doesn't even try to rebound and steve adams when healthy only averages like 7

They knew he'd be too shook to go back there not being settled in yet. Now hes good, the preassure is off about that entire situation so once he goes back it wont be that bad. That first game for sure should have been in okc i agree

I find it weird that apparently Oscar Robertson averaged a triple double in the 60s but bball ref doesn't even have any records of any individual stats of the games they played, except for points, fouls, FGM's and FT's.

Only 9 teams back then

Oscar averaged 44 min vs Russ 34

Pace was 119 vs 106 now

This era has ridiculous amount of talent at the guard position

Russ > Oscar
