If there was no RFA, small market teams would lose stars right after their rookie deals..

It's dumb that large market teams without cap space can get any free agent they want.
Their old teams have to be willing to trade them to that team

i hate when guys who want to leave, like Gortat, are forced to stay for like 5 years(he was lucky to go to phx)
It's part of the job. They get paid millions of dollars to play a game anyways.

Now that the Lakers have Nash, they need to have a pre-season game in Vancouver just like Phoenix did a couple of years ago.
