I've had non-Yankee baseball players in my avatar before? Am I not a true Yankee fan?

You're allowed to be fans of players that don't play for your favorite team
I ain't even tripping lol. I know I'm a diehard Pistons fan.
Just love debating lol.

That's how I was at first with Wade
Alright. Well basically my point is - Miami was a mediocre team last year. Then LeBron and Bosh fell into your laps because they all wanted to play together. It's not even like they traded for good players (Boston) or drafted their team to get very good (OKC). Like seriously it was gift-wrapped. With that said, Miami doesn't deserve to have this good of a team. It's not even like their GMs signed them, the three just decided to play together. So I don't like when their fans, real or fake, talk about how good their team is because they don't deserve it.

Forewarning...Whoever drafts Ryan Harrow and Selby will be teams I root for. Only after the sixers and D-rose though

No he isn't lol. Nothing about him screams star whatsoever.
Whomever he teams up with, has nothing to do with the fact he is not a star and is the most overpaid player in the league lol.
I just don't see how you could respect the Hawks if they did exactly what the Heat did, considering you don't respect the Heat.
1) Joe Johnson is a star. Not a superstar, but a star

Why do you keep bringing this up like I have the same opinion of stars as you do lol.

TYO follows these kids through HS. He could probably tell you what Harrow had for breakfast this morning.
I supported LeBron in HS when he got real big. I remember telling my friends who said he would flop out of high school off lol. Sorry if I didn't catch on to him like Freshman year lol.

Selby is a Jayhawk
Ive supported Ryan since 09 but refuse to support him at UK..since I hate everything Cal touches.
See above lol.

I know Hawks fans won't brag about ish like this if we made the Finals. Humble beginnings.. What does money have to do with anything? You don't get any of the money. You don't sign the checks. Why should I care what they pay him? That ish is just a waste to think about. I mean I have sat back and watched JJ play since he put on a Hawks jersey. Dude has put in work for us every season with no excuses. All I'm saying is that I wish we could have some players screw over their cities for us just like Miami had for them. I love having JJ on my team, I have my complaints but I ain trippin over outside opinions from Heat fans on Hawks players

You know what I mean. They didn't trade for the players, they didn't draft LeBron or Bosh, they didn't even convince them to sign there. They just fell into their laps.

You called Zach Randolph a borderline superstar and Joe isn't even a star?

I never said JJ was a superstar player. He's not top 5 on the planet by any means..

LeBron in HS doesnt count Rip...he was the most famous high school athlete we will probably ever see in our lifetime. Only one to even come close to his hype is Austin Rivers.

Rivers hardly gets any media attention

And most of it stems from him being Doc's son

You act like you know every Heat fan in the world? lol. I also barely see the few Heat fans here bragging lol.
Money has everything to do with it. If he didn't get the max deal he didn't deserve the dude would of left, it doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.
And all I'm saying is how can you respect the Hawks if that happened? lol.
And that's cool, but you seem to be trippin' on this Pistons fan opinion on the Hawks lol.

I think OJ Mayo was more hyped than Rivers.
