10/15? It's only an 82 game season... 15/82 would be missing almost 20% of the season... He didn't injure him. Yes, he's an ass and it's a despicable thing to do... But 5 games is enough. 8 max.

exactly

you guys, it was a flagrant and an immediate ejection
flags and ejections usually are 1-2 games. whether you agree with that or not, thats what it is

Bynum was already suspended 2 games this year for a foul. This one was a little worse, but not much worse and he got more than twice the original suspension. it's fine

i swear if this was any other player you guys would be like, "good, he deserves it" and all move on

you all remember when Raja close lined Kobe?
1 game suspension.

was Bynum's act really worth 10 more games than that? cmon guys
please watch the video. that close line was awful. no defending it

Only reason I say it's worth more is because it's the 3rd time he's done it so obviously he hasn't learned his lesson since the first 2 times he did it. I'm not buying the whole "I'm sorry it was a frustration foul" thing anymore, you do that shit 3 times you deserve to be sitting longer than 5 games. I don't know, just my opinion.

again
the last time he fouled someone hard he was suspended 2 games

that was his 1st hard foul suspension

JJB was the 2nd, and he was suspended for 5 games
thats more than twice the amount as the last one which was just as bad

what more do you want the NBA to do? geez

and one more time, that Raja closeline was 1 game!
Bynum's JJB foul was on the same level and he got 4 more games. Raja was a first offender, Bynum a 2nd

4 more games being a 2nd time offender is completely fine

He's also being suspended without pay. That's roughly 700,000 dollars on top of the 25K that he was fined.

He's a 3rd time offender not 2nd: Gerald Wallace, Michael Beasley, JJ Barea.

it's enough
one can even argue that it's a little harsh
i wont however :p

you guys have to stop over thinking it. all this is because he's a laker
look at the history of the league in regards to flagrant and ejection suspensions, look at other situations such as the Raja video i posted, and you should be able to realize that 5 games is plenty

He must have learned the elbow trick from the best in Kobe.

Dirty as it gets.

That only hurt his trade value. Probably more than what people think.
