Does Mike Brown work for NBA TV now?

That's a good gig though, he gets paid out for the rest of his contract and states the obvious on TV for a 6 figure contract. If I were him I'd just forget about coaching and just become a full time analyst, already got millions and that's easy money on top of it.

Well, the more I think about it. I think you're right. Another aspect Amare brings is some shot blocking which the Heat really need. He's also a lot more aggressive than Bosh, always has been. You're right, better post moves, definitely a better finisher. I think Bosh is the better shooter, he has range out to the three... but yeah, I think Amare is the better fit.

I will never understand why teams start players who only play 12-18 minutes. Just looking at the heat box score, Joel Anthony and Carlos Arroyo both fall into that category. Why do they start?

those 2 are piss poor

its so they have a bench
i agree with you, some teams can get away with it though like the Lakers with Fisher

he doesnt close the game all the time. i think it depends who's having a better night between he and Steve Blake

I just don't see any sense in it, I didn't like it last year when the Cavs did it with Hickson, mainly cause I thought he deserved more minutes, but why is he starting if he is rarely gonna play? Just bring him off the bench.

Same thing goes for the "6th men" who play 30+ minutes. Makes no sense lol. Completely destroys the purpose of the 6th man of the year award.
