And the Big Ten makes a statement.. 2-0 in BCS Bowl games, with PSU beating LSU as well

edit; put 3-0 at first, forgot PSU was in the capitol one bowl lol

Oregon has three defensive ends committed for 2010, but none rated as high as Gabe King, who is playing in the Ducks' back yard.

Pac-10 blogger Ted Miller reported yesterday that King will sign with California tomorrow (via the Contra-Cost Times) despite transferring from North Carolina to South Eugene High this past season.

If King does ink with the Golden Bears, he will join top-10 end Chris Martin, along with top-10 OLB Cecil Whiteside.

Got the season tickets in the mail a little over a week ago. The season opener has a huge ticket, like it's larger then normal because I guess it's a big game because it's the re-dedication of the "new" stadium. I'm still very skeptical we can beat UCONN though. I'm going to be in the Bahamas for what should be our first guaranteed game of the season against UMASS.

Notre Dame is the day before my birthday!

I'M SO HYPE FOR THIS SEASON!

Yeahhh I'm real excited for some Gopher football! Dunno if our team will be any good but I've heard we'll be fun to watch.

They went from being a pretty much an irrelevant team in the Big 10 to being a promising team last year. I think they are only going to get better. I expect a solid season out of them but yet gain I don't know their schedule.

Completely agreed. I believe Minnesota Golden Gopher football is a program on the rise, they aren't gonna be competing for the NC anytime soon, but they are definitely taking some nice steps in the right direction.

A lot of that is thanks to a former UT boy, Brewster.

Only about a month now until I become completely unproductive on Saturdays.

Oh totally. Brewster has taken that program and flipped it upside down and made some big time changes.

I completely agree with the second statement, lol.
