its is VERY early, but I do think the Bulls could be number 2 in the East, with Redick (or possibly VC and/or Matt Barnes) we would def be contenders for the 2 spot, but i can also see us falling to 4 though as well

Otherwise looks good, might have the Thunder of the Mavs though...

I was debating between the Knicks, Cavaliers, and Nets for the last spot. Still not sure.

The Magic I can see being serious next year. The Magic vs. Heat are going to be fun match-ups.

The difference between the Lakers and the 8 seed last year was what, 7 games? Give me a break...

Exactly. I think the Magic would beat the Heat in a 7 game series as it stands right now.

In game 6 he had 9 turn overs, and once we got back into striking distance, on 2 straight possessions LeBron gave Varejao the ball in bad positions for him (near the 3 point line) with little time on the shot clock, and then dribbled a ball off his foot on the 3rd one after those.

Exactly. Which is what makes Mexi's statement quite ridiculous.
I overreacted.

lets redo this.

Lakers are heavy favorites in the West again.

Nuggets didnt do anything but get another chucker in Al Harrington. Cant wait to see him guard Pau

Mavs are the Mavs. solid, but cant beat the lakers

Spurs did absolutely nothing but get Splitter. Splitter is supposed to be really good, but they need more than that to compete. TD looked done last year

Rockets look pretty solid. Not championship worthy though

Booz > Al Jefferson. And Raja is coming of an injury. They were never good enough anyways. nothing's changed

Suns suck. Talk about luck this past season.

Portland can be pretty good. 3 injury prone bigs, BRoy is always getting hurt too, but they can potentially give the Lakers a scare. I doubt it though. They arent title ready

Thunder are ok. Still too small

Hornets are just idk.

Kings/Wolves/Clips/Grizz/W's....not yet.

ok the West is still solid, but I am sure glad Booz and Amare are gone.

long post, but I guess what Im saying is there is no other title contender on that side except maybe Denver. But does anyone think the Nuggets could beat the Lakers? Should be smooth sailing for L.A. in the West

Lucky season? Lmao. Coming from a Lakers fan, that shouldn't have won when Kobe airballed it, and Artest was right there, in Game 5. It should have gone to 7. The Suns are a good team, and you're biased as hell.
