Alan Hahn had the best tweet ever about JJ and the hawks

Just some business economics: Atlanta Hawks franchise value: $305M. Joe Johnson max: $120M

The Lakers decided Wednesday not to give restricted guard Jordan Farmar a one-year, $3-million qualifying offer.

Farmar will become an unrestricted free agent.

"The Lakers cared enough to let me become a free agent," Farmar said in a phone interview. "I was excited to hear it. I was real happy. If I do decide to leave, I'll have nothing but positive things to remember about the Lakers."

Christmas morning in Spurs front office with Richard Jefferson opting out of $15 million. Incredible.

Actually Al and Josh both could lead the team. Honestly scoring alot doesn't always make you the leader. I admit JJ was our leader but he wasn't vocal at all. That was more Bibby then anyone else. Josh and Al are both All-Star potential players. I think it's alot easier to say "who's going to lead" when the current leader has gone but theres always a player to step up. JJ is a gift and a curse really. Sure he puts up good numbers but he also keeps others from really getting to shine. Which is why I'm glad we'll have an actual offensive system with LD rather then Woody who said offense "takes care of itself".
You are so blinded by your own bias. Josh Smith will never be a go-to scorer, or an on-court leader. Neither will Horford.

Ehh, Judging from watching them in action for the past 6 years I have to disagree.

thats who i think too. and if they trade TJ, he can get his dream of being a starting PG

back to Blake, I think he'll be too expensive
Lakers are interested in Earl Watson and Luke Ridnour too

all 3 are solid. I'd take either one

LMAO, exactly proving the point that you are biased. Thank you and good night.
Not that I watch the Hawks too much. You just watch the Hawks too little. Your opinion is okay but I can't take it very heavily because I know you don't know much about the players you're talking about. I.E. Josh Smith

Ha yeah because I don't watch basketball or anything. I'm 100% certain that my basektball knowledge and understanding is at least three times what yours is, so I'm not going to bother getting into silly little arguments with you about your biased comments trying to defend the back-alley homies and thugs known as the Atlanta Hawks. But according to you, I'll bite my tongue in 3 years when they stay on their rise and finish the season with an undefeated record of 82-0. Silly me.

The Rockets are hoping to acquire Chris Bosh and Yao Ming made a plea to the free agent via Twitter.

"Hey Chris, hopefully you'll play with us (Rockets) next season. I'll be healthy and I'd really look forward to playing together."

Via Yao Ming/Twitter
i know yao isnt too great with english, but that is a pretty bad pitch to get him. lol
