It's actually the other way around. The Wings are away in this Game 7, as were the Pens. And imo the momentum thing is all crap. If momentum really mattered, the Wings would have won yesterday, especially after coming off of 3-0, and 4-1 wins.

With all this said, I'm pretty nervous. Howard has shown signs of greatness, but has had a few bad games so far also. I'm curious to see which version of him we'll get.
The Yotes came out the gates strong and grabbed the momentum. I believe in it and I think it plays a part on team morale.

Evident by the Chicago/Nashville game

We'll see come the end of his career. Post-lockout NHL is so much different, you can't even compare players of the past to the ones of the present anymore.

So...I heard Matt Cooke said that 2 goal game against the Sens was just a warm up for when he explodes on Boston...if they make it
Yeah, nice save with that last part.

So...I heard Matt Cooke is cheering for Buffalo...he might not make it to Boston.

Honestly, I don't care who they face. Both opponents the Pens have proven they can handle. Struggled more with the Sabres though.

Matt Cooke wants Boston. Its only right. Maybe Marc Savard will go after him like David Booth did to Mike Richards

The "save" thing was related to the whole Orr/Crosby thing.

Also, Savard just wants to play so I doubt he goes after Cooke. Poetic justice is Savard comes back and helps the Bruins eliminate the Pens.

Oh. Well you get what I mean. You can't compare "old NHL" Vs. "post-lockout NHL" due to the game basically changing completely, whether you're talking about the rules, gameplay, or the players themselves

How bout Marc Savard hits Cooke into the boards as poetic justice?

I wanna see the Pens win =)

lol that's not poetic justice
Its the result I want to see though =(

It'll be a good series I hope if they make it. I think it would be a much tighter contested series than the Pens/Sens

Crosby can officially win the Hart tonight

Then it'd be perfect

Halak the only reason the Habs won game 6.

I'm alright. He won't have 2 great legendary games like that. Especially game 7. Plus destiny has been on our side all year and it's at home. As long as Varlamov or Theodore or whoever gets the gAme 7 start doesn't <Censored> up

Whenever we have needed something good to happen, it happens so far this season. Plus we lead the NHL in come from behind wins

Ummm. Don't the Canucks lead the NHL with most come from behind wins?

I forgot the part about skaters having to score goals...

That excuse is worst than Jimmy Howard saying the Coyotes "got lucky" because his team hit a lot of posts, when he gave up 5 goals on 29 shots.

Destiny? Try Bettman. He wants our teams to play

CONSPIRACY FTW

WHERES SNIPESHOW!?!?!?

I'm real nervous for the Wings tomorrow, but like I said I'm still confident our experience will allow us to prevail.
