btw, this is amazing

I think the only other big who can do that is LeBron.
but Lamar is 6'11.

he might be the most underrated player in the NBA.
i feel like he gets a raw deal sometimes. coming off the bench, being the scapegoat all the time (not so much now, but back before Pau)

amazing he's never been an all-star. we all know he is

He's not underrated, he doesn't play up to his talent level.

I don't see anything special about that play...

^the fact that he's 6'11, the size of some (most?) centers, and can steal a ball and go coast to coast for a layup like nothing. he looks like a guard. well, he is a guard

and cheato you're right. he's never lived up to his potential and sometimes he's inconsistent, but he does a lot for the lakers. he's such a great player. yes he's underrated. he does a ton that gets unnoticed. if you replace him with a traditional PF, lakers are in trouble.

Everyone knows he is very good but still. He has star talent but doesn't have a star mind. I agree Lakers would be worse, but I think everyone knows how good he is, but most don't know how good he could be. Like in the video you showed, only LeBron at that size can really do that, yet Odom isn't even in his class.

Odom is 6'9 and maybe 6'10 at best. The Lakers are in big trouble now anyway.

6'9? no
thats weird even saying out loud. "6'9 Lamar Odom"

they say he's 6'10 one his player pages. i've always looked at him as close to 6'11.

how tall is KG? i've always said 7'0. they say 6'11, but i remember he said he doesnt want to be 7'0 so they always put him at 6'11/

and how are the lakers in trouble?
they're on a 7 game win streak, and the West isnt that big a deal.
Denver is struggling. KMart is out a while, Birdman is hurt and because of that has lost some of his hops. he's not as active right now.

Lakers are pretty lucky right now. best case scenario, Portland gets the 8 seed. thats a sweep.
then in the next round they would play Utah/OKC winner. or Utah/PHX. Lakers would sweep all 3 of those teams. well, Utah might get a game

hopefully Denver stays 3rd or 2nd so they dont have to see them until the conference finals

this surprised me when i heard it

both players came in the league at the same time. Dwight has played in more games, and thus more minutes

Josh Smith however has more career blocks. 1045-1011

DeMarcus Cousins is gonna be like Josh Smith in the NBA, not athletic wise, but he's going to be easy to piss off and take him out of games.

Hopefully.. We need to get Big Z a ring, our legendary radio announcer might retire at the end of the year, and a lot riding on the 2010 FA.

Ideal situation is we win the finals and LeBron announces his plan to stay during championship parade lol.

And if we do win I'm definitely going to the parade.

Billy Hunter, director of the NBA Players' Association, was at the Pistons' practice facility Wednesday, updating players on the status of negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement.

"The players are concerned there may be a work stoppage," Hunter said. "That's the last thing they want to see. There may be teams that are struggling in smaller markets. It may be something they can't recover from."

The players are against a hard salary cap.

"We're not at all open to a hard salary cap and we've conveyed that," Hunter said.

Jason Maxiell, the Pistons' player representative, said players are beginning to take precautions with a lockout looming.

"Mainly save your funds, knowing it could be like 1998 (the last NBA lockout)," Maxiell said. "It was tough for (the players) then, and it could be tough for us. As a player you have to be prepared for it."

we lost but whatever, Hickson had 20 points for the 2nd straight game, really improving his game.
