Report: Young Eagles Look Up To Kolb, Not McNabb

Pro Football Talk - Howard Eskin of WIP radio and NBC Philadelphia reported recently that during the season young offensive players were going to Kevin Kolb for advice instead of starting quarterback Donovan McNabb.

As happens every offseason, there have been whispers in Philadelphia that the Eagles could trade McNabb, their quarterback for the last decade.

It is pretty evident, the Eagles will NOT win that big game if McNabb is at the helm.

The term "franchise QB" gets tossed around loosely. McNabb isn't that good of a QB, it's been proven many many times in the playoffs. And yeah, I hope for his sake that Kolb gets the chance. Who knows.

The day Mcnabb leaves Philly, Eagles fans will be very sorry they let him go. Mcnabb has never had a good supporting cast around him with the exception of this year, he has done an amazing job since he got there. And this is coming from a Giants fan....
