lost tonight to Carpenter, meh.
Charlie Haeger, a knucleballer, was really really nice.
he gave up a HR to Albert and that was it.

Later in my head I was saying "this guy is having a nice game. he's our 5th starter"
next pitch hits ludwick. next batter, Ankiel, hits a freakin BLAST. i swear that thing still hasnt landed. the farthest dodger stadium HR in a long time
but thats it. 7 innings, 3 runs. pretty good for a guy in his 1st start since 06.

lol Steve Phillips always sounds like a fool on the games. Before that Ankiel homer he was saying how he should just be trying to put the ball in play and not use so much power. I remember earlier when the Indians were facing the Brewers, Choo bunted for a single and said your clean up guy shouldn't do that since they're not going to steal a base, and he stole a base right after he said it.

Last night was a disgrace. We got shutdown by another former scrub Yankee pitcher and lose to the second worst team in the AL. I guess it's better to get a loss like this out of the way now while we still have the largest division lead in MLB.

I never have had anything against the Tigers or any Detroit team for that matter except the Pistons and Wolverines. I never have been a huge baseball fan but I've gotten into it more this year. I like the Lions too, I want to see them succeed and they aren't "my" team.

there's always the Detroit Red Wings, arguably the best team in the NHL today

Funny cheato, I'm pretty sure all Cleveland has is the Cavaliers, and haven't had a championship in that city in how long.. But we are are worst. DUH!

Anyways, Huff is batting 5th today, behind Cabrera.
