Detroit's Two Targets, Trading Amir?

According to a report from DraftExpress.com, Detroit's top free agent targets are Ben Gordon and Paul Millsap. The Pistons currently have approximately $20 million in cap space, but could create more room by dealing the 15th overall pick, along with Amir Johnson.

The Thunder are a potential trading partner, according to the report. They would likely look at B.J. Mullens with the pick.

If we have to trade a 1st to get rid of Amir it's not worth it. And Millsap is a RFA so he's not even a FA we can count on getting. We still need a C and BG plus Rip means someone will be PISSED cause they both want to start.

lol I wish, I'd always be looking to improve. Right now id doesn't look like he trying to gte a C we need. What is the reason for wanting an undersized PF or a polayer who needs to start but will be payed 12mill to be a 6th man lol.

Joe really needs to think about a 15th Pick Rip or Tay for Kaman, then talk about signing Paul/BG/Boozer/Hedo(if Tay is traded)

This rumor is the begining of the end IMO, if he does this thgen I only see us sucking even more.. with more expensive players.

Trade Rip 15 and two 2nds for Kaman, sign Boozer and snag Gordan then fill out our roster with some nice role players. Maybe even move Amir to OKC simply for CAP reasons.

That is a top 4 team in the east, and we'd have two 20+ppg scorer's two 10-13rpg players Tay and Stuckey would get around 12-14ppg plus dimes and boards. We'd be nice again.
