Is it just me or did the Lions have a pretty crappy draft? Okay, we got Stafford. I'll admit I don't know much about our next two picks, but a tight end, and a safety..No offensive linemen? I don't know what to say..

Have patience T94. This draft is rich in O-Lineman & the reason teams like the Patriots & Mangini's were trading down constantly b/c they believe in the depth of this draft class.

I think tomorrow has a ton of hidden O-Line & D-Line gems to be scooped up...so I see no problem in Detroit snagging top skill position players on Day 1.

Well, we needed a TE and a safety.
Not as noticeable as linemen, but we still needed those.

I really have not clue. I've been saying for a few years that doing nothing but adding these speedy slot guys is doing jack for our team. We need a bigger, more physical, straight up possession receiver in this offense.

Harvin is a specialist right now...hell of an athlete...but we'd be lucky to see him make the type of impact Desean Jackson did in Philly last season.

I wanted C Eric Wood from Louisville. 4 year starter, smart guy, great combine & not a bad pick considering the loss of Matt Birk to Baltimore this off-season.

Reading some of Prisco's comments today...

Prisco on Chiefs taking Jackson:

I hate this pick. How can you draft a 3-4 defensive end this high? Is he a good player? Yes. But Aaron Curry was the better pick.

Prisco on Niners taking Crabtree:

He hasn't run. He's shorter than expected. He's a diva. Good luck. Some in the organization didn't even want him.

Prisco on Broncos taking Moreno:

I love this kid. He will be a star. But the Broncos have so many needs on defense. How can they justify this?

Prisco on Browns taking Mack:

This isn't sexy, but this is a good pick. He is a power player who can handle big people on his nose. The Browns did a lot -- some of it not so good -- to get here, but I like this pick.

Prisco on Pack taking Matthews:

This is a shock. They need defense, but this is too high. I don't think he's as good as his reputation. He will be steady, but not spectacular.

I'm warming up to the pick. It's not a sexy pick, but Jackson is the top-rated 5 technique DE in the draft and we are switching to a 3-4 defense.

Yeah...Haley seems like a very awkward guy to have a conversation with. He also doesn't strike me as a guy that has the personality or assertiveness to be a head coach in the NFL.

they say once he's on the field he's a totally different person. Heck, remember last year when he got in a fight with Boldin? He's so boring and weird off the field, but on the field he's thought of as being a really hyper and active coach

Don't worry Pettigrew is a beast. He will be amazing.

Also I'm I the only one that thought the Vikings should of took Hakeem Nicks? I thought he would be a perfect fit for the Vikings. They got Bernard for their deep game, so get a big physical type to get those passes the rest of the staff can't. I thought he would be perfect.

Also one more thing, what's with the hate on Crabtree? I'm not a Crabtree suporter but seriously this guy was amazing in College and it looked like everyone in the NFL was in love with him. Then he just started to slip, and now everyone is turning on him. He will prove everyone wrong, and make the Raiders look even more retarded for taking Heyward-Bay (who is going to bust)
